NEW AGE THEOSOPHY AND GNOSTICISM IN THE CHURCH
John Rosser on the subject of New Age Gnosticism and theosophical teachings and how these doctrines have made their way into church pulpits across America.

They will never see JEHOVA IN THE HOUSE OF WORSHIP and are all doomed to eternal HELL!!
your both fucking morons because no jesus or world teacher or evil kingdom
We wont have to, The real Jesus will kill him with the spear.
Is it love love to tell a man to trust in himself (his divinity) and that through repetitive incarnations he can achieve perfection – godhood? Or, to tell the truth – that all men are sinners – fall short of the glory of God – and cannot save himself. Jesus said he came to save sinners – all men. But only the weak and foolish in the eyes of the world accept him. The strong, wise, religious, and mystical-minded occultist go on toiling to justify themselves. Love is to tell people the truth.
I have and it is. Why? because it is antichrist (denies or substitutes another for the Father’s only Christ) as revealed by Jesus, the one and only Christ, and those who ate, drank, worked with, and were commissioned by Him to be His witnesses. Now, you have a choice. You can trust in your “divinity” and hope to evolve to perfection by multiple incarnations (talk about suffering), or simply believe the Good News that SIMPLE faith in the sacrifice of Jesus perfects forever those who trust in him.
There is NOT such thing like a new world teacher , only false teachers and Deceivers from the evil kingdom …
read the book of revelations
i wonder if these guys will cruficy the new world teacher like the jews crufified christ?
iI what i believe inspires me to do good in the world what’s the problem? We are judged by the good work we do -forget the labels.
When the time comes God will judge me, my heart and my intentions -not my fellow-man. Last time I checked the bible wanted us to do good and love thy fellow man. I can’t feel any love in what you’re saying.
Perhaps it would be benificial to read the Secret Doctrine before judging it as evil.
That is another way of saying what I am saying. The point being that we are not all just going to be ONE and unite and bring Heaven to earth, but that people are getting set up to accept the False Anti-Christ Imposter and the things the bible warn about are coming soon. The people are being set up. Read the bible. Study to show thyself approved unto God.
The bible mentions in several scriptures that the SWORD means the WORD the word of God causes division.. obviously
I’m not saying there is no objective reality. I’m saying that it is your belief and your assumptions that allow you to perceive objective reality. You can’t back up scientific claims by trying to act like you are outside of objective reality, observing objective reality. That is absurd.
If your going to make claims about things happening in an objective reality (like jesus walking on water or rising from the dead) your going to need agreements like language to be able to talk about these things. Just because the map is not the territory doesn’t mean that there is no territory. it also doesn’t mean that the things the map points to are illusory.
you can’t back up christian claims by trying to act like there is no objective reality, that is just absurd. (not to mention untrue.)
Yes many lies, Gnosticism, Urantia book, universal truth, universal salvation and all these lies. And in the end people will believe God as just a universal sea of energy without a personality, no hell, no Satan, no sin and procliam everyone as God. Everyone will believe the Jesus of gnosticism and called the true Jesus of Christianity false, One religion, One Order
The mountains of evidence you speak of are gathered through the spectrum of abstraction and mental projection and our system of language. There is no tangible objective reality outside of this vehicle of perception. So how about a real argument…? No?
you’re right, good and bad are judgments from a perspective.
(many people have different definitions of faith)
if faith is believing without evidence, and without question, then faith IS ignorance.
Ignoring mountains of evidence to believe in an an abstraction/mental projection, IS definitely IGNORANCE not to mention arrogance. Especially when its obviously based on a book of contradictions and myths assimilated and stolen from different cultures.
Stop w/ the ignorance and do some research.
to bring peace, but a sword. A sword of what? Division between truth and error, light and dark, good and evil, holy vs do what you want. So people need to be aware at what is happening with in the church with the falling away (great). There is a book that has been the New York best selling list for 57 weeks and it is called the Shack. Many christians say it has changed their perception of God. You are attacked if you question tentents and teachings from the authur in it. The purpose is to
Your average Christian isn’t even aware these change agents are in the church. Look, at Willowcreek who have also embraced Tony Blair to come to leadership and he is one of the most well spoken for the religions to unite. Rick Warren is one the board with Blair and in his smash hit 30 + million books sold, he gives instruction to this breath prayer of repetation ( which Jesus said not to do like the pagans in prayer with vain reps) and supports this peace agenda. Only Jesus said he didn’t come
These people teach that we don’t need the cross, that Jesus will come to all the different people and we don’t have to give up your (false) religions, just unite and we can have heaven come to earth. We need to take care of (see worship) the earth. This is a set of key doctrines in the book tours and speeches done by Brain Mclaren, pastor. This is sweeping through Churches without fully understanding what this worldview means fully. Deception is at the heart of these people & books. Be aware.
Richard Foster Celebration of Disciples is a primer to teach this. So many books talking about getting closer to God through this silence ( think the opposite of biblical meditation, think of the kind of internal silence. The bible says we are to be soberminded). When we open our spirits up and empty your mind or kick it into neutra, evidently you can have false spiritual expereinces of ONEness, and conectivity with all things, and divintity. This is IN Churches.Doug Paggit, Tony Jones, Rob Bell
The name of the book by Yungen is called “A Time of Departing.” There is a huge a move under way to turn “christians” from the belief of the personal holy justice filled God of the bible, to a force that is in & of everything and we are all part of that. (Romans 1 the exchanged the truth of God for the worship of creation). Christian churches and books are allowing and vying for this practice and worldview. Emerging church is something to look up. Brian Mclaren ( also on youtube) so many names
This is really good and accurate. You should read a great book by Ray Yungen that can be ordered anywhere, or through lighthousetrails the publsihing co. In it he talks about a lot of this same stuff, but he also teaches that a mystical experiencencial prayer that is more Eastern empty your mind meditation that many religions use. It has seeped into the church under the label “contemplative spirituality” where you connect through experience all the reigions, where in all is God and God is all.
Good people doing good things? Bad people doing bad things? That is such an erroneous statement by Weinberg. There aren’t good and bad people. There are just people. And people have a natural tendency to promote self interest. You can’t disagree with that without invoking moral law, at least in logic, and that would make your world view ironically hypocritical (aka Weinberg, the idiot).
Faith is not ignorance. Ignorance is ignorance.
People don’t just kill people over disagreements and it’s not part of human nature. We are Products of our environment/culture.
(ignorance is inherent in the abrahamic religions/superstitious world view. Example: Faith)
“without religion you’d have good people doing good things and bad people doing bad things… but for good people to do bad things it takes religion” – Steven Weinberg
Obviously this is a nature/nurture argument. I think we can both agree that most behavior is nurtured.
christianity is illogical. thank you.
you need core beliefs that stand up to logic. like god is perfect
